Please turn off your cellphones and prepare to run from an oversized pinball type thing that has knives and drill bits to poke holes in your head part.
For our 67th Commentary, we take a sweet ass car all the way back to 1979 for this, our 3rd, Don Coscarelli joint that stars Michael Baldwin, Bill Thornbury, Reggie Bannister, Kathy Lester, & Angus Scrimm.
Strap in, gang, cause we are going on a journey and a half full of crude and unnecessary humor, facts and trivia, tangents aplenty, and all the normal dippiness you’d expect from your wacky pals at The Nerd Blitz!

Growing up, I would often stay up late to watch SNL and find myself watching HBO or Cinemax while constantly looking down the hall to make sure my mom wasn’t about to bust me.
Having access to these channels at 2am as a young kid was like having keys to a 1000hp race car and no license…..I was ill equipped.
The result? Years of internal fear at the mere sight of iconic movies of the time (Critters, Aliens, Poltergeist, Hellraiser, and Phantasm!).
I have vivid memories of catching a glimpse of a silver ball straight out of hell chasing and drilling into the head of someone and I was mind fucked. Now that I’m older, I can appreciate it and need to go back and watch this. Maybe I’ll do it while listening to this commentary!
