The Nerd Blitz Round Up #4: December 2021

Hey gang, thanks for coming back to help us put the final stamp on 2021.
We hope you had a great batch of holidays and that 2022 is starting out strong for you.

Now, without further ado, let’s take a look back at the month of content that just was in this fourth installment of The Nerd Blitz Round-Up for December 2021!

December 1st, same as the last few months, we kicked off December with The Nerd Blitz Round-Up #3, collecting all of November’s content in 1 place.

December 3rd, the 62nd edition of The Nerd Blitz Commentaries came to save the world like a true gentlemen and Kingsman agent should.

December 7th, we dropped 2 chunks of content here on the site.
1st up was the 173rd Edition of The Nerd Blitz Question Of The Week, talking about shows cancelled before they hit 3 seasons.
And 2nd, a reminder that Kevin J. Anderson’s Vengewar is now available in trade paperback.

December 10th, the 117th edition of The Nerd Blitz With Doom And Fitz Main Show: He’s Got Spider-Man Money, Jackass! dropped and saw us talking about a ton of topics, but most especially the final trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home!

December 13th, in celebration of the release of Spider-Man: No Way Home, Doom took a look at what may actually be the first superhero novel he ever read, Spider-Man: Midnight Justice!

December 14th, the 174th edition of The Nerd Blitz Question Of The Week dropped down the chimney and asked about your favorite Santa portrayals.

December 15th, some rock and roll thunder rolled into town and a review of Rock N Roll Comics: AC/DC dropped, examining an indie comic biography of the Australian Rockers.

December 17th, we grabbed some light tubes, got super spoilery, and cut deep into Halloween Kills in the 118th edition of The Nerd Blitz Main Show.

December 19th, Fitz’s Toy Chest Returned for a 24th installment to talk about the Hero Forge 3D Printed Minis he painted of our D&D adventuring party, Finius Fuckwhistle, Dilznic, and Jibbz.

December 21st, the 175th, another Christmasy themed, edition of The Nerd Blitz Question Of The Week, saw us asking about Christmas stories.

December 23rd, The 119th Episode of The Nerd Blitz Main Show, a mega sized ep packed with games that saw us celebrating the Holidays with a slew of special guests: @TheJSarge, @Steboost, @TESDGroupie, @LookingForEight, @MidnightSmoke1, & @Gigiamk30.

December 28th, the 176th edition of The Nerd Blitz Question Of The Week had us curious about how excited you were for The Book Of Boba Fett!

December 31st, we finished out the month and year with Episode 120 of The Nerd Blitz Main Show, which saw us gushing over Hawkeye and all the greatness that entailed.

December 2nd, the 24th episode of The Nerd Blitz Question Of The Week Podcast dropped and saw us talking about nerdy New Year’s Resolutions.

December 6th, the 6th installment of Nerd Boot Camp dropped and saw Doom teaching Cadet @Gigiamk30 all about the vast Star Trek franchise.

December 8th, a special Christmas themed review of The Amazing Spider-Man #166 was unleashed in all of it’s absurd glory!

December 11th, the very mysterious first episode of The Nerd Blitz Old Timey Radio Hour Serials finally made it’s way to Patreon, just in time to keep the promised release date from the teaser last January.

December 13th, the 27th episode of Doom Does… saw Doom continuing his look at the build up to Smallville’s Justice League with the Season 6 episode Arrow.

December 16th, the 25th episode of The Nerd Blitz Question Of The Week Podcast showed up and saw us talking about our most anticipated movies from 2019.

December 18th, an extra chunk of B-Roll from Ep 118 of the main show showed up on Patreon and had Doom’s half of the Halloween Kills convo that was lost.

December 20th, the 22nd Ep of Just Jump To The End showed up and had Fitz & Molly (Diddy Bow!) pondering cosplay and the practicality of cosplay accessories.

December 22nd, another special Christmas themed Comic Review dropped and saw Doom Review Evil Dead 2: Merry Deadite X-Mas.

December 23rd, the 28th episode of Doom Does… saw Doom watching the 1984 classic ep of The New Scooby And Scrappy-Doo Show, A Nutcracker Scoob!

December 24th, after months of talking about it, we finally unleashed the brand new prose story, that we are incredibly proud of, The War Of The Santas!

December 25th, in an attempt to help stave off the holiday blues for any lonely Knights, we capped off Christmas week with a 40 minute mini episode discussing all aspects of The War Of The Santas Story, and it’s possible future!

December 27th, the 8th edition of our Swear Reels And Other Awkwardness dropped to give you an out of context chuckle.

December 30th, the 26th edition of The Nerd Blitz Question Of The Week Podcast dropped and finished out 2021’s Patreon offerings with us talking about our favorite games from 2018 and more!
